Standard & Poor's Announces Changes In The S&P/TSX Canadian Indices

Standard & Poor's Canadian Index Operations announces the following index changes:

Trilogy Energy Trust (TSX:TET.UN) has completed the conversion of the company to a corporate structure. The units of the trust will be exchanged on a 1-for-1 basis for common shares of Trilogy Energy Corp. The new ticker symbol will be TET and the new CUSIP number will be 89620H 10 5. These changes will be effective after the close of trading on Tuesday, February 9, 2010. Trilogy Energy Corp. will be added to the S&P/TSX Equity SmallCap Index effective after the close of trading on Tuesday, February 16, 2010.
